NATIONAL MODEL RAILROAD ASSOCIATION (NMRA) AUSTRALASIAN REGION INC.The NMRA currently has
approx. 750 members in Australia and New Zealand. The NMRA is a diverse group

CANBERRA MODEL RAILWAY CLUB INC.Meets on the 1st &
3rd Wednesday nights of the month 7.30- 9.30 pm and every Tuesday morning from
9.30am-12pm at our club rooms located at the University of Canberra High School
Kaleen, 104 Baldwin Drive, Kaleen ACT. Club layouts are HO scale and Australian
in flavour in both DCC and DC. Individual members model in a variety of scales
and have a wide range of interests from making realistic layout scenery, design
and construction of layouts, and electronics that include decoder
configuration, scenery lighting and computer control systems. Some people just

CANBERRA MONARO N SCALE GROUP INC.Meets 2nd weekend of the month at the Mulga Scout Hall, Richardson for a
running weekend. We provide opportunities for members to run their N scale
equipment on our extensive range of Club modules. With no permanent home at
present, a selection of the Club modules are put together to provide members
with a full weekend of opportunity to run trains. Set up commences at 9.30am on
the Saturday and we generally start to pack up from 4pm on Sunday. On the 4th
Saturday of the month we hold a Club day at the same venue and provide our
members the opportunity to bring along their current model railway project to
share with other members. This is always a great day for the swapping of ideas
and information and getting the benefit of other members' experiences. The Club
attends the main Canberra exhibitions at Kaleen and Malkara each year as well
as a number of regional exhibitions. Our Club is a member of the Australian

and we welcome men and women interested in the hobby of model railroading. For

New South Wales
AUSTRALIAN MODEL RAILWAY ASSOCIATION – NSW INC.Regular
meetings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am, Friday nights from
7.30pm and some Sundays. A facility fee is payable at the door each visit. We
have three large fixed layouts – a three rail DC or DCS ‘O’ gauge; a large ‘HO’
gauge, which can handle DC & DCC trains at the same time; and a detailed
‘N’ gauge with extensive running. We also have several portable exhibition

HILLS MODEL RAILWAY SOCIETY INC.The
main meeting days are Friday night from 7:30pm, Tuesday morning running until

SYDNEY N SCALE MODEL RAILWAY CLUB INC.The Club meets every Saturday from approximately

and also at other times as determined by the Committee of Management. The club
has a large permanent layout named Cascade Union as well as a number of

CANESIG, THE CANE RAILWAY (TRAMLINE) MODELLING SIG.SIG membership (content provider) is open to any
individual who supports the objectives of preserving, developing and exchanging
information for the modelling of sugar cane railways in Queensland and
worldwide. The SIG's resources of over 11,500 rail heritage photos, drawings,
rail heritage and modelling articles, free downloadable card models, etc., are
freely available to anyone on a non-commercial basis through its website.
